Finished 6 week zyzz routine, great gains, might not be noticable in picture - I have been ill past few days and lost a bit of weight maybe the reason. Now plan to move onto Layne Norton's PHAT routine.
This blog is to track my progress as I commit to a 3 month gym challenge. I am an 18 year old ectomorph and have always been skinny. My aim is to achieve a lean defined body. I have never committed to gym or nutrition before but that is now about to change. I intend to update this blog with weekly progress reports and pictures to serve as motivation for me and hopefully; inspiration for some of you out there. Any and all advice is welcome.
